GMD Lights – Wholesale & Commercial Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GMD Lights, based in Shah Alam Market, Lahore. These terms govern all B2B wholesale purchases, bulk orders, and commercial distribution of our 100W LED Flood Lights.

1. B2B & Wholesale Orders:
   • Our platform caters primarily to wholesale buyers, shopkeepers, and commercial contractors.
   • Bulk order pricing and stock availability for our 100W LED Flood Lights are subject to direct confirmation from our Lahore warehouse.
2. Pricing & Commercial Payments:
   • All wholesale prices are listed in PKR and apply strictly to bulk transactions.
   • Payments are processed securely via Cash on Delivery (COD) or approved corporate/dealer payment methods across Pakistan.
3. Dispatch & Cargo Shipping:
   • Orders are dispatched directly from our hub in Shah Alam Market, Lahore via reliable cargo services or transport networks.
   • Freight charges, transit times, and delivery milestones depend on the destination city and bulk cargo weight.
4. Commercial Warranty & Claims:
   • We offer a standard 7-day check warranty for unused commercial units in their original packaging.
   • Physical damage, water ingress due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation burning, or altered products are strictly not covered under warranty claims.
