Refund & Returns Policy

As a wholesale and commercial supplier of 100W LED Flood Lights, GMD Lights follows a transparent and straightforward return/exchange guideline.

  1. 7-Day Check Warranty: We offer a 7-day check warranty for unused items in their original packaging and condition, applicable from the date of delivery.
  2. Non-Eligible Conditions: Returns or claims will not be entertained in cases of physical damage, water ingress due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation burning, or altered/tampered wiring.
  3. Return Shipping: For approved returns or exchanges, the client is responsible for coordinating safe transit back to our hub in Shah Alam Market, Lahore.
  4. Refunds: Once the returned commercial unit is inspected and verified at our warehouse, eligible replacements or resolutions are processed promptly.
